On CityBuild Creative you build in creative mode — unlimited blocks, flight, no gathering. For big projects, redstone experiments, or just messing about.
It's its own server, separate from regular CityBuild. Your inventory from there doesn't come with you.

Build circuits and machines, as long as they don't strain the server. Permanently running clocks and lag machines get switched off — if you're unsure, ask first.
