Both are in the message shown when you try to connect. The PIN is only visible to you — write it down before you close the game.
How to write an appeal that gets somewhere:
Lost the PIN? If you can't bring up the ban screen any more, just try connecting again — the message appears every time.
Every block change is logged — whatever someone destroyed can be traced and restored.
For that I need:
⏳ Report it within 30 days. After that the logs are deleted automatically and restoration is technically impossible — no matter how justified the report would be. Details in the rules.
